Things That Happened in March 3月に起こったこと

This time, I am going to share some events that took place in March.

このブログエントリーでは、3月に起こったことを書いておきたいと思います。

The Maui Izanai Yosakoi dancers danced from the bottom of our hearts for the children of Haiku and for the children of the world at Haiku Ho'olaule'a Flower Festival (a fundraiser for Haiku Elementary School).

マウイのイザナイよさこいダンサー達は、ハイク　ホオラウレアという、ハイク小学校の毎年恒例のバザーで、子ども達のために、そして世界中の子ども達のために心から踊らせて頂きました。

My dance teacher Sarala was away for a couple of days, so I took care of her dog named Buster. I took him to the beach. It was the first time I got in the ocean in the year of 2012. Thanks to Buster!

サララ先生（私のインド舞踊の先生）が家族みんなで留守をしていた間、先生のバスターという犬を面倒みました。ビーチが大好きなバスターをビーチに連れていきました。何とそれが2012年に入ってから初めて海に入ったときでした。マウイに住んでおきながら。バスター、連れていってくれてありがとう。

A monk seal was resting on the sand.
アザラシさんが浜辺で寝そべってました。

I got to see Martha Graham's dance company show at MACC. I admire all the pioneers in various fields. She was definitely one of them in the world of dance. 

マーサ・グラハムのダンスカンパニーのショーをMACCで観てきました。いつの時代も開拓者はすごいなとしみじみ思いました。

My friend gave me a squash, so I made a soup.

友達がスクワッシュ（長細いかぼちゃ）をくれたので、スープを作りました。

I let my pillows do yoga on a yoga mat. Well, actually they were sunbathing.

枕たちにヨガをさせたり。いやと言うか、ヨガマットの上で日向ぼっこ中。

A great dance teacher, Sunny Gorg was moving to L.A., so I went to her last class to say good luck!

素晴らしいジャズファンクの踊りの先生、サニー・ゴーグがロスに引っ越してしまうので、最後のクラスを受けにいったり。

I was admiring nature as a great artisan.

自然って何てすごい芸術家なんだと思ってみたり。

So that is. These were some parts of my March 2012.
