My Parents' Maui Visit - Day 7 両親のマウイ訪問７日目

On the 7th day (April 26th), my parents and I went to Hana - Maui's rural and extraordinary beautiful area. 

7日目（4月26日）に、両親と私はマウイの田舎で、それはそれは美しいハナに行ってきました。

With an icon of Nahiku Market Place, Uncle Terry.
He gave my parents the cute heart shaped craft work my mom is holding.
ナヒクマーケットプレイスの名物おじちゃん、テリーおじさんと。
母が手にしているかわいいハート形のものをささっと作ってくれました。

The maze is like this.

At one point, a hot, powerful lava flowed through here...
ここをかつて凄まじいパワーと熱を持った溶岩が通っていったのですね。

I wonder how this cute little thing is growing in the complete darkness.
このかわいい芽はまったくの暗闇の中でどうやって育っているのだろう。

Safely returned although it's not that long of a tube.
I heard that is is connected to the ocean, but the visitors have to
turn around after a certain length for safety reason, I suppose.
無事生還（ってそんなに長い距離ではありませんが）。
海まで続いているようですが、安全のためか
途中で引き返さなくてはいけません。

Then I took them to the Black Sand Beach.
それからブラックサンドビーチにお連れしました。

The reason why I look like a little girl in some degree
might be due to how my father projects his memory of me on this photo.

どこかしら小さい子に見えるのは、父の私の幼き日の思い出が
投影されているからだろうか。

I love looking at this slope.
この雄大な斜面、この景色が大好きです。

We had our dinner at Kula Lodge.
The prices are not necessarily affordable, but the services were wonderful.
帰りはクラ・ロッジにて夕飯。
お値段は決してお安いほうではないのですが、サービスがとても
良かったです。

It was a long day of great adventures and beautiful sceneries that nurtured us.


長い１日となりましたが、楽しい冒険と美しい景色の連続で、心身共に元気づけられました。
